Responsibilities Manage the introduction of new product processes, design production line layout, and achieve production capacity (setting product working hours, determining and evaluating product production and capacity) Introduction of NPI new equipment, processes, and new products for mass production, including design improvement DFX suggestions during the preliminary review of new products Provide technical support for product production to ensure smooth production. Deliver Improvement and innovation of Process to enhance the automation level of production lines Design of Work Instruction Files (WI) and Process Flow Chart Files Continuous improvement using Lean method to improve production line lying down rate, improve production line efficiency, and enhance product quality Analyze the causes of quality issues that occur in the product, propose and take preventive improvement measures Design and improve fixtures to facilitate operator operation, improve production efficiency and product quality. Provide product quotation services for customers VTS, I4 and corporative tools. Qualifications Bilingual English/Spanish Language Industrial engineering or mechanical or electronic engineering and related majors.
