Technical Service Representative City: Mexico City State : México (MX-MEX) Country : Mexico (MX) Requisition Number : 45923 Responsibilities Provide bakery and snack food shortenings and oils applications support to customers and the Bunge Oils’ sales organization via personal visits, telephone, and email correspondence. Define the best way to support customers’ requests, identify their needs and assist them in conjunction with sales. Act as a connection to Bunge and assist in the technical training of Bunge Oils sales force. Be responsible for the application details of projects that have been assigned. Work with the supervisor to prioritize requests and ensure timely and accurate delivery of application support to key accounts. Recommend sales leads qualification to the supervisor for distribution to sales. Keep records and documentation of all correspondence. Assist in the technical training of Bunge Oils’ sales force and participate as a lecturer and demonstrator in enrollment and continuing education. Provide application support to Bunge Oils’ sales and other internal groups via telephone or email correspondence. Assist sales and other groups on specific key customer needs and provide input into cost‑saving, quality and product improvement opportunities. Represent Bunge Oils as a technical resource externally and give technical presentations at key customers and scientific meetings. Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree or Master in Food Science or Bakery Science. Minimum of 4 years experience as a Technical Service Representative or equivalent. Proven results in high‑performance teams achieving common goals. Ability to adapt to, work and influence a multi‑cultural environment and team. General understanding of food production processes. Proven ability to recognize, understand, properly communicate and follow up new trends in the food industry and final consumer products market. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to improve outcomes by making data‑driven decisions, keeping the customer at the forefront. Ability to collaborate effectively, communicate with others and take initiative.
