Coordinate the weekly freight forwarder calls to monitor all inbound ocean and air freight Carrier invoice review, challenge, and approval. Maintaining the inbound report updated daily, from the freight forwarder data Experience with carrier routing guides and working with carriers and suppliers to keep compliance International air cargo experience, quoting, shipping, monitoring Experience with carrier damage claims and report control for follow-up and cost visibility Retrieve performance reports from websites Proactively communicate to the internal customer the status of their shipments Resolve issues in a timely manner (e.g. mis-ships, claims, etc).
