Equal access to opportunities is a given, belonging is a shared feeling, authenticity is celebrated.**Your key responsibilities*** Have a strong strategic vision of business, identify business potentials, competitive landscape and new business opportunities* Lead client long term relationship, influence clients’ decisions, establish DSM-Firmenich as key partner* Lead projects originated in the region establishing resources, own & manage timelines.* Define accurate pricing and margin parameters for each project, according to guidelines, and enter properly all project.* Lead contact for client fragrance leaders* Ensure transparent and effective communication for solutions across different departments, marketing, Consumer Insights, technical, procurement and supply chain* Continuously seeking improvement opportunities: revenue and profitability vs. objectives (incl. profitabilityimprovement programs, portfolio rationalization projects...)**You Bring*** We are looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a team and delivering results collaboratively, creating strong synergy with the team, and capable of managing long-term projects.* 3+ years of experience in B2B companies with successful sales / marketing experience, desirable in global companies with multiple clients.
