Role Summary The ISS Project Associate is a ground-level execution role responsible for supporting the build‑out and day‑to‑day management of SharkNinja’s in‑store service programs across Mexico and LATAM. Working closely with the Retail Services Project Manager (US), this role helps establish retail execution standards, coordinate with 3PL vendors, and ensure that in‑store programs are delivered on time, on budget, and at the quality level SharkNinja demands. Mission Support the execution and scaling of SharkNinja’s in‑store service programs in Mexico and LATAM by providing on‑the‑ground coordination, vendor management, and operational support—ensuring that the retail experience meets the same standards of quality and consistency established in the US. Why This Role Exists As SharkNinja expands its retail presence across Mexico and LATAM, in‑store execution cannot be managed solely from the US. The nuances of local retail environments—vendor landscapes, labor markets, retailer expectations and operational logistics—require someone embedded in the region. This role provides the in‑country presence needed to understand what LATAM actually requires rather than assuming US models translate directly.
