Role Description We are looking for a Contracts Manager to build and maintain relationships with vendors, clients, and other business connections. Maintain contract-related documents and correspondence. Present contract information to relevant parties, such as stakeholders. Department: Mexico ConsultancyEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: Queretaro, MexicoWorkplace type: HybridReporting To: Luis Guadarrama Key Responsibilities Provide contract administration, review contract terms and conditions, paralegal type work, and work with construction or heavy equipment such as generators or air handling units procurement. Assist Procurement Managers to prepare and maintain project procurement plan. Draft and present Single Source Justifications Forms. Draft and present scope of work documents. Prepare and present detailed OFCI (Owner Furnished Contractor Installed) buyer/expediting duties with coordination between multiple category teams. Prepare and present negotiation plans and conduct or participate in negotiations. Present and manage the RFx process, including commercial evaluations and pre-bid meetings. Draft and process change orders, RFIs, and submittals. When appropriate, implement new contract process controls. Present and communicate with the home office on a regular basis regarding procurement matters. Prepare and present accurate reports for the project team, stakeholders, and clients. Present, identify, and continually propose industry standards/improve processes. Provide commercial price analysis, modeling, purchase-price cost analysis, and identify competitive benchmarks. Additional duties as assigned. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract administration and all supply chain activities. Experience with EPCM/EPC/GMP, large-scale or mission critical construction in a consulting engineering capacity (energy/electrical projects preferred). Engineering, procurement, and construction knowledge. Strong skills with the suite of Microsoft Office products. Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel. Proven experience and good relationship working with the Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE). Effective communication and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Spanish. Organized and detail-oriented. #J-18808-Ljbffr
