Position Summary We are seeking a Talent Management & Analytics Supervisor to bring our people strategy to life through people operations plan implementation, thoughtful compensation and benefits programs management, candid payroll workforce administration, labor, government and union relations management and world-class employee experience across México. As the primary People & Culture leader on site, you will serve as the main point of contact for HR strategy and execution, ensuring alignment between our people, culture and business priorities. You’ll be part of the People & Culture team, serving as a culture champion, experience architect and implementor and people and data analytics for Mexico. Responsibilities Payroll and Workforce Administration : To manage the payroll overall process with the third-party provider processing by analyzing and providing data for new hire admission, dismissal, transfers, salary changes, actuarial analysis management with the provider (labor accrual) and related activities. Manage new hire onboarding process.To manage social security, labor and government obligations, including but not limited to audits, inspections, monitoring and enforcement activities to comply with lawTo manage labor and company contracts and documentation supporting SVPW Worldwide legal obligationsSupport team member relations with empathy, clarity, and a solutions-oriented mindsetAct as a coach and trusted advisor for mid management supporting business needs according to local labor legislationCompensation and benefits : including salary analysis and implementation, sales commission calculations and payment in coordination with the finance manager, health, office and life insurance management in coordination with finance leader, Christmas food basket management and food voucher process supporting Latam People & Culture Director.Occupational safety and health management : creating and developing the standards required by labor legislation, with the objective of maintaining safety and mandatory processes and initiatives to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for employees.Facilities : to manage Mexico office facilities matters (cleaning, office structure, workstation, landlord contract and obligations, all contracts and legal documentation inventory management and organization, parking lot management)Employee & Labor Relations : to manage union relations and events with open and transparent communication aligned with SVPWW constraints and guidelines, with local legislation to foster the win‑win situations. Be the champion of the company Culture (values e behaviors) and to implement and elevate the Code of Conduct standards in Mexico aligned with local labor legislationPeople Management Information System : Responsible for all people information system and people costs management for Mexico, including benefits, payroll, social charges, legal obligations and corporate reports.Maintain and regularly update the company’s HR portal (within Latam Intranet Platform) and answer the Case Management System focusing on solving the root cause of internal requests/claimsTalent Management : To support the Latam People Experience Coordinator in Talent Management and Talent Acquisition initiatives in Mexico, including but not limited to:Global Engagement Pillar of the company’s People Strategy and global engagement, performance culture and employee experience initiatives applicable to MexicoGlobal Learning & Development Pillar of the company’s People Strategy on global leadership and employee development initiatives applicable to MexicoInternal Communications, Employer Branding & Online Presence In collaboration with Global Talent & Culture and Latam People Experience Coordinator to support: New hire bio announcements and organizational structure updates to be shared regionally and/or globally. Create and publish the monthly global internal company newsletter, highlighting company updates, employee spotlights, and key initiatives. Manage the internal communications calendar, test and distribute HR related internal communications as needed. Monitor, respond to, and manage employee review insights on platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor and Indeed, generating quarterly themes and recommended action plans. Collaborate with the Human Resources and Marketing teams to enhance the company’s presence and reputation on external review sites In partnership with the Global Talent Acquisition Manager, develop strategies to encourage employee engagement and activation within review platforms in a transparent and authentic manner. You Bring (requirements, preferred skills) Education : Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business administration, engineering, Analytics, or related field; advanced degree or certification in Talent Management (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus. Experience : 5+ years in HR operations (mandatory experience in managing payroll and workforce administration in Mexico), with 2+ years in a supervisory role. Experience in managing office facilities and occupational health matters Great knowledge of Mexico Labor Law (LFT)/ Multi-lingual (Spanish and English) required. Portuguese is a plus. Strong organizational and project management skills with keen attention to detail Financial acumen (budget, costs and forecast knowledge) Proficiency with MS Office (especially MS excel skills), SharePoint, and HRIS platforms Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records and data Great communication, facilitation and relationship-building skills - someone who people trust Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Adaptable to change in the work environment is a Change Agent We Offer You Hybrid work schedule (3x a week at the office) Work environment that harbors a culture of collaboration and community Learning and development opportunities You will need to be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation, including Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, meeting rooms, copier/printer etc as well as have the ability to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time Any additional physical requirements Visit on a regular basis (once a month) the distribution center in Mexico city The Employer retains the right to change or assign other duties to this position.
