Responsibilities About TikTok LIVE TikTok LIVE's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, agencies, and partner organizations to build an environment that connects communities in real time, enabling meaningful and interactive connections around the globe. Develop and execute scalable creator programs to onboard, educate, and activate TikTok LIVE creators, driving sustainable platform growth. Design and implement incentive programs, campaigns, and reward systems to boost creator participation and improve retention rates. Craft tailored content and growth strategies targeting diverse creator segments to maximize performance across tiers. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Partnerships, Campaigns, Product, and Strategy—to align on creator growth initiatives. Partner with vendors and internal teams to create creator toolkits, educational materials, and training resources. Monitor and analyze creator funnel metrics (onboarding, activity, retention) to identify friction points and optimize operational workflows. Act as the primary source of creator insights, delivering data-driven recommendations to influence strategy and business decisions. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications 3 years of experience in creator operations, content operations, influencer management, digital marketing, or related fields in a platform or agency environment. Data-driven mindset with solid analytical skills; experience with performance tracking and funnel optimization. Strong operational and project management skills with the ability to execute programs at scale. Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in English and Spanish; this role requires frequent communication LATAM teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration across key regions. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the live streaming industry, creator economy, or community-centric platforms. Expertise in designing creator incentive programs and growth frameworks. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
