Project & Program Management II (English) Role : Responsible for planning and coordinating internal projects from initiation to delivery, including network, server, software implementation, and PC deployment. Responsibilities Manage multiple cross‑functional and technical projects. Partner with functional teams during all project phases. Track program milestones, timeline, and deliverables. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation: schedules, reviews, risk analysis. Define scope, objectives, ensuring technical feasibility. Drive project lifecycle milestones and advocate change management. Use metrics and KPIs to measure performance. Provide regular status updates and risk mitigation strategies. Own projects from kickoff to closeout, managing staff, timelines, deliverables, inventory. Generate inspection reports and KPI summaries. Prepare and submit quotes within 24 hours; identify service opportunities. Desired Skills Experience in manufacturing operations, project management, or resident engineering.
