Position Purpose Responsible for developing code in support of new application functionality or defect remediation according to design specifications. Job Description Principle duties and responsibilities: Essential functions: Collaborates in the creation of new projects applying standard practices. Codes, customize & build solutions to meet business process and requirements. Creates documentation of software programs in accordance with design specifications. Works closely with business/solution architects to develop business solutions. Participates in peer code reviews. Shares knowledge as well as best practices with peers. Implements unit tests. Assists in tasks to ensure compliance with FAA regulatory requirements for management and control of all type design data. Additional functions: Supports application deployments. Participate in product demonstrations. Creates reports as required by business. Collaborates for implementation of enhancements and improvement ideas. Perform other duties as assigned.
