About the Role We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and creative Marketing Associate to support the creation of polished, high-quality marketing and communication materials across presentations, social media, customer-facing collateral, and internal initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong visual design instincts with excellent written communication skills and enjoys operating in a fast-paced startup environment. You will work closely with the founder and leadership team on a wide variety of projects, including investor presentations, LinkedIn content, conference materials, and product positioning initiatives. Key Responsibilities Create and refine presentation decks using Google Slides and Figma Design clean, visually engaging marketing assets, diagrams, and supporting materials Draft and edit LinkedIn posts, website copy, newsletters, and customer-facing content Maintain visual consistency across company branding and messaging Assist with conference preparation, event coordination, and marketing logistics Support the creation of case studies, one-pagers, and technical marketing collateral Collaborate directly with leadership to rapidly iterate on messaging and visuals Coordinate lightweight marketing operations and organize internal content assets Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging messaging for different audiences Contribute to overall brand positioning and storytelling initiatives Requirements Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Proficiency with: Google Slides Figma Canva or similar design tools Google Docs Strong visual design sense and presentation aesthetics Ability to simplify technical concepts into accessible and compelling messaging Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities Self-motivated with the ability to execute independently and proactively Strong collaboration and communication skills when working with leadership teams Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality Preferred Qualifications Experience working with AI, robotics, SaaS, or deep-tech companies Familiarity with LinkedIn content strategies and founder-led marketing Basic video editing or motion graphics skills Experience managing social media accounts or brand presence Understanding of technical storytelling and positioning Experience supporting conferences, events, or external communications initiatives What We Value Speed with quality Ownership mentality Strong creative taste and attention to detail Clear and proactive communication Curiosity about AI, robotics, and emerging technologies Compensation: 1800 - 2300 USD We look forward to hearing from qualified candidates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
