Marketing Coordinator (Resident Retention & Experience) – Mexico City We are hiring a highly analytical, creative, and AI‑savvy Marketing Coordinator to focus on resident experience, retention strategies, and data‑driven decision making for our multifamily portfolio in the Southern United States. The role involves collaborating cross‑functionally with operations, marketing, and leadership teams to improve resident retention, customer satisfaction, and brand reputation. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain websites, newsletters, emails, and social media campaigns. Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorming initiatives. Identify and propose internal and external ideas and initiatives to promote brand awareness. Analyze data and build dashboards or reports using advanced Excel and tools such as Google Looker Studio. Leverage AI tools (Gemini, Claude) to generate insights and support strategy. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to shape the resident journey and optimize retention. Qualifications 2–3 years of experience in marketing, consumer insights, customer experience, or retention analytics. Advanced Excel skills; experience with dashboard/reporting and preferably Google Looker Studio. Experience leveraging AI tools such as Gemini and Claude. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Excellent communication, storytelling, and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Knowledge of all major social networking platforms. Valid B1/B2 visa and availability to travel to the U.S. Background in real estate, hospitality, property management, customer experience, loyalty & retention programs is desirable.
