Role Overview We are seeking a Customer Happiness Associate who will: Have experience in Fintech companies. Assist in resolving escalated issues through various channels. Troubleshoot, investigate, and document detailed notes in the admin system. Follow up with customers via calls to troubleshoot issues. Create solutions for customers interested in canceling or returning orders. Possess 2+ years experience as a Customer Success Agent or Customer Representative. Have previous experience managing B2B clients. Maintain intermediate English proficiency; professional proficiency preferred. Be patient, detail-oriented, and a great communicator. Propose ideas and solutions based on customer claims. Be proficient in Office/Google Drive (Advanced), CSS tools like Zendesk (Advanced), CRM systems like Hubspot (Intermediate). Deliver high-quality service, focusing on understanding customer needs and providing solutions. Handle multiple tickets simultaneously.
