This role establishes and leads the architectural vision and governance for all AI and automation solutions across GBS delivery centers, playing a pivotal role in shaping our AI-first delivery model by translating high-level strategy into robust, actionable architectural blueprints. Responsibilities. The TPRM Entity Officer is responsible for executing third-party entity clearance processes, ensuring that suppliers meet established organizational policies, control requirements, and risk management standards. This includes onboarding, clearance reviews, ongoing monitoring, periodic re-certification, and termination activities in alignment with defined service levels. The role requires strong attention to detail, effective stakeholder communication, and audit-ready documentation practices. Key Responsibilities – Service Delivery Execute onboarding and entity clearance processes in accordance with established procedures. Initiate and track due diligence activities, including screening, documentation collection, and approvals. Perform entity reviews including independence checks, background checks, corporate registration verification, and regulatory validations. Utilize ServiceNow, OneTrust, Coupa, and SharePoint to manage workflows and documentation. Maintain accurate and audit-ready records of all entity reviews. Engage stakeholders and third parties to obtain required information and ensure timely progression. Perform ongoing monitoring, recertification, and risk reassessments. Adhere to SLAs and escalate risks or delays impacting delivery timelines. Stakeholder Management Act as point of contact for TPRM Entity processes and inquiries. Collaborate with procurement, legal, compliance, and risk teams. Provide guidance on documentation and clearance requirements. Process Governance, Training & Continuous Improvement Maintain and improve SOPs and process documentation. Identify control gaps and recommend enhancements. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of two years of experience in risk, compliance, legal, or related field. Experience with GRC or TPRM systems preferred. Core Competencies Strong time management and prioritization skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work collaboratively across teams. Strong stakeholder engagement skills. Technical Skills Knowledge of TPRM Entity due diligence and compliance processes. Experience with enterprise workflow tools such as ServiceNow, OneTrust, Coupa, and SharePoint. Ability to analyze processes and identify improvements. Work Environment Fast-paced, results-oriented environment with a strong reliance on digital tools and systems. 6-month contract with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position.
