Senior Clinical Biometrics Program Manager Remote | Latin America A growing clinical research and biometrics services organization is seeking an experienced project management professional to oversee biometrics-related activities across global clinical development programs. This role supports cross‑functional collaboration among data management, biostatistics, programming, medical writing, and clinical operations teams within a fast‑paced research environment. Core Qualifications Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively across internal teams and external stakeholders. Broad understanding of clinical development processes, including data management, biostatistics, statistical programming, and regulatory documentation. Experience using project management systems and operational tracking tools. Ability to manage multiple concurrent studies while maintaining high quality standards and meeting timelines. Excellent analytical thinking, prioritization, and organizational capabilities. Proven problem‑solving skills and adaptability in changing project environments. Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and resource planning. Demonstrated success building collaborative relationships with sponsors, vendors, and internal teams. Strong leadership experience guiding multidisciplinary project teams. Technical & Industry Knowledge Knowledge of biometrics workflows related to clinical trials, including statistical analysis, data review, reporting, and database activities. Familiarity with clinical trial documentation such as study protocols, analysis plans, case report forms, and clinical study reports. Understanding of applicable regulatory requirements and industry best practices, including GCP standards. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and standard business software. Experience Requirements Approximately 6+ years of experience in project leadership within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research industry. Prior experience in a biometrics‑related functional area is strongly preferred. Leadership experience within data management, biostatistics, or statistical programming may be considered in place of formal project management experience. Key Responsibilities Support the development of project timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and operational strategies. Coordinate study initiation activities and ensure alignment on deliverables, expectations, and milestones. Identify operational risks and collaborate with teams to develop mitigation approaches. Track project progress, scope changes, and key performance indicators throughout the study lifecycle. Cross‑Functional Coordination Facilitate collaboration across biometrics and clinical development functions. Organize recurring project meetings and ensure effective communication between stakeholders. Participate in proposal development, project scoping, and client‑facing discussions as needed. Serve as a primary operational contact for project‑related communications. Study Execution & Oversight Oversee execution of biometrics deliverables to ensure timelines and quality standards are achieved. Work closely with biostatistics, programming, and data management teams to support accurate and timely study outputs. Assist with issue escalation, resolution planning, and operational decision‑making. Monitor project budgets, resource utilization, and deliverable status. Quality & Compliance Ensure project activities align with SOPs, regulatory requirements, and internal quality expectations. Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency efforts. Contribute to the development and maintenance of project management procedures and documentation standards. Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate project records, meeting documentation, and status reporting. Prepare presentations and operational summaries for internal leadership and external stakeholders. Ensure project documentation is maintained according to study and organizational requirements. Mentor junior team members and support professional development within the project management function. Promote collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence across teams.
