About the Role Join our client on their mission to accelerate field operations excellence. We are looking for a Senior Field Operations & Technical Support Specialist to join their dynamic operations team. In this role, you will act as the key bridge between field execution, technical troubleshooting, and customer-facing support. You will oversee installation activities, support field technicians, and ensure homeowners receive fast, clear, and high-quality assistance throughout the installation and service process. This role requires someone who is highly operational, confident in communication, and able to resolve technical and customer issues quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with managers, installation crews, and coordinators to ensure projects run smoothly and on time. This is a high-impact opportunity for professionals with experience in technical support, customer-facing troubleshooting, or field operations who are looking to grow into leadership roles. This role offers two shift options: Evening Shift : 2 positions working 2 PM – 10 PM Regular Shift : 4 positions working 7 AM – 5 PM Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day field operations to ensure smooth project execution and high-quality standards. Provide technical and customer support to installation crews, electricians, and field technicians. Act as a first-line escalation point for homeowner and field issues , ensuring fast and effective resolution. Troubleshoot operational and technical issues both on-site and remotely. Communicate clearly with customers to provide updates, manage expectations, and resolve concerns. Monitor team performance and provide actionable feedback to improve efficiency and service quality. Collaborate with project managers and coordinators to optimize workflows and resource allocation. Identify recurring operational and customer support issues and propose process improvements. Support training and onboarding of field personnel by sharing best practices. Ensure accurate and timely operational reporting and documentation. What We’re Looking For Experience +3 years in customer support, technical support, field operations, installation support, or similar roles. Core Competencies Strong confidence in customer-facing and operational situations. Excellent communication skills in English (required). Speed and ability to make quick, effective decisions under pressure. Technical & Support Background Experience in customer support, technical troubleshooting, or field service environments. Comfortable handling both operational execution and customer interactions. Problem-Solving Strong ability to diagnose issues quickly and provide practical solutions. Organized & Detail-Oriented Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Growth-Oriented Motivated to grow into leadership and management responsibilities within a fast-track environment. Preferred Background Experience in solar, construction, home services, or technical field operations. Exposure to electrical systems, installations, or building-related troubleshooting is a plus.
