Sr Materials Manager We are looking for a Sr Materials Manager to oversee procurement and supplier relationships, ensuring the company acquires quality goods and services at competitive prices. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers. Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality or delivery. Manage the purchasing team and oversee the purchasing process from requisition through receipt. Review and approve purchase orders and contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Collaborate with various departments to assess their purchasing needs. Collaborate with finance to ensure budget compliance and cost control. Prepare reports on purchasing activities and provide insights to management. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
