Role Summary The Supply Chain Program Lead is responsible for leading cross-functional supply chain initiatives that improve service, cost, quality, and delivery performance. This role manages complex programs that could span across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, inventory, supplier management and Supply Chain Systems to ensure business objectives are achieved on time and within budget. The ideal candidate combines strong program management skills with deep supply chain knowledge and the ability to drive alignment across operations, engineering, finance, quality, and commercial teams. Responsabilities Lead end-to-end supply chain programs from planning through execution and stabilization Develop program charters, timelines, milestones, risk registers, and success metrics Coordinate cross-functional teams as required across procurement, planning, operations, logistics, quality, engineering, finance and IT Drive initiatives that cover the entire end to end Supply Chain including category management, souring, procure to pay, inventory optimization, supplier performance, cost reduction, continuity of supply, on-time delivery, data and reporting and supplier management Identify program risks, constraints, and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans Monitor KPIs such as cycle time, on-time project completion, OTIF, inventory turns, lead times, forecast accuracy, supplier performance and cost savings Facilitate executive reviews and provide clear updates on status, issues, decisions, and outcomes Lead change management activities to ensure adoption of new processes, tools, and operating models Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence methodologies Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence decision-making across multiple functions and regions Performance Metrics Improved on-time delivery and service levels Reduced inventory and working capital Increased supplier performance and continuity of supply Availability of data and reports Achievement of cost savings and productivity targets On-time, on-budget delivery of key supply chain initiatives Strong stakeholder engagement and adoption of program outcomes Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field 7+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, procurement, logistics, or program management 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional programs or strategic initiatives Strong knowledge of supply chain processes including planning, sourcing, manufacturing, inventory management, and logistics Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and stakeholders in a matrixed environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to drive decisions Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Experience with ERP, planning, and reporting systems Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project/program tracking tools Preferred qualifications Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field PMP, APICS/ASCM, CSCP, CPIM, or Lean Six Sigma certification Experience leading global or multi-site supply chain programs Background in manufacturing, industrial, engineered products, or complex operations environments Experience with supplier development, network optimization, or digital supply chain transformation Familiarity with KPI dashboards, scenario planning, and business case development APICS, CSCMP, or other supply chain/logistics certifications Key Skills Program leadership Strategic thinking Supply chain acumen Cross-functional collaboration Risk management Data-driven decision-making Process improvement Executive communication Change management Results orientation Req ID : R-18681 Job Family Group : Supply Chain Job Family : Supply Chain Excellence EOE including Disability/Protected Veterans.
