Your contributions will help maintain customer loyalty and drive business growth. Responsibilities Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate and timely information. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, ensuring their satisfaction. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records. Collaborating with cross functional teams to address customer concerns and improve processes. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and suggesting solutions. Providing product and service recommendations to customers based on their needs. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions. Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor’s degree in engineering, informatics, or related. English upper intermediate (speaking and writing). 1 year of proven experience in customer support or a similar role. Strong problem-solving skills. WE VALUE Experience with customer support software and tools such as Service Now. Previous experience on manufacturing environments. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
