You will play a key role in supporting and scaling a cloud-based platform that helps healthcare organizations streamline operational processes through intelligent automation, integrations, and emerging AI capabilities. Working closely with product, engineering, and client-facing teams, you'll help ensure the platform remains secure, reliable, and ready to support continued growth. What You’ll Do Cloud Platform Operations Own the day-to-day operational health of cloud-hosted production environments running on AWS. Monitor platform performance, availability, capacity, and operational metrics to ensure reliability and stability. Respond to incidents, troubleshoot system issues, coordinate resolution efforts, and maintain operational runbooks. Support both Impact Advisors-hosted and client-hosted deployment models. Ensure the stability, performance, and scalability of AI-enabled workflow automation services operating within the platform ecosystem. Platform Integration & Connectivity Management Manage operational support for integrations with client applications, APIs, and healthcare systems. Monitor data exchanges, authentication services, API connectivity, and platform integrations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues resulting from upstream application changes, configuration updates, or integration failures. Coordinate with client technical teams and vendors to maintain reliable platform connectivity. Lead the operational setup and deployment of platform environments for new clients and service engagements. Collaborate with engineering and implementation teams to establish repeatable deployment processes and operational standards. Support proof-of-concept, pilot, and production implementations while ensuring consistency across environments. Maintain configuration standards and operational documentation for all deployed environments. Release & Change Management Coordinate application releases and platform updates across production environments. Perform validation testing and operational readiness reviews prior to deployment. Manage change control processes to minimize risk and maintain client confidence. Partner with engineering teams to ensure smooth transitions from development to production operations. Security, Compliance & Access Management Manage user provisioning, access controls, role assignments, and audit processes. Support security best practices including encryption, credential management, and operational compliance requirements. Participate in security reviews, audit preparation, and ongoing compliance activities. Ensure operational processes align with client security expectations and organizational standards. Operational Analytics & Cost Management Monitor infrastructure utilization and platform operating costs. Track environment-level and client-level operational metrics.Develop reporting that supports capacity planning, service delivery, and financial management. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reliability, scalability, and cost effectiveness. Product & Engineering Collaboration Serve as the operational escalation point for platform-related issues. Provide operational feedback and enhancement recommendations to product and engineering teams. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support long-term platform evolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness for new features and capabilities. Who You Are Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of experience in cloud operations, platform operations, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), infrastructure engineering, or a related technical discipline. Strong hands-on experience operating and supporting AWS-based production environments. Experience supporting business-critical applications in a production environment. Experience with monitoring, observability, incident management, and operational troubleshooting. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar) and CI/CD practices. Experience coordinating software releases, deployments, and change management activities. Experience managing user access, security controls, operational documentation, and audit processes. Experience working closely with software development teams, engineering teams, or third-party technology vendors. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting healthcare technology environments. Exposure to Epic, FHIR APIs, HL7 interfaces, or healthcare interoperability solutions. Familiarity with HIPAA requirements and healthcare data security practices. Experience supporting SaaS or multi-tenant cloud platforms. Experience with Jira Service Management or similar IT service management platforms. AWS certifications or other cloud-related certifications. Exposure to AI, workflow orchestration, automation platforms, or intelligent process automation technologies. Skills & Characteristics Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and root-cause analysis skills. Ability to balance operational stability with a fast-paced implementation and growth environment.
