We are seeking a Technical Lead to guide and mentor our development team while also contributing hands-on expertise. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in back-end development with Python and front-end development using React , and be capable of working both collaboratively and independently. The core responsibility of this role is to lead the design and implementation of blockchain-based projects , ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions. What You’ll Do Design, implement, and maintain backend and frontend features and services. Develop and maintain data-fetching handlers for various blockchain networks and protocols. Create efficient caching mechanisms to optimize blockchain RPC calls. Analyze functional requirements and propose scalable, high-quality technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to backend logic, blockchain data retrieval, and distributed processing. Maintain and enhance existing components for performance, scalability, and reliability. Work in an Agile way of work Promote and apply best practices in software engineering across the team. Qualifications 6+ years of software development experience, ideally in enterprise environments. Strong backend development experience with Python (including asyncio) and React for the front end Experience with async programming, distributed data processing, and scalable backend services. Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB). Proficiency with containerization technologies (Docker). Strong version control skills and experience with Git-based workflows.
