Due our opening of our New Plant in Chihuahua City, we are looking for a well rounded Human Resources Generalist: Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related area; preference for a master's degree in Human Resources 5+ years of experience working in Human Resources in the areas of: Labor relations and solving issues, investigations of compliance Recruitment and onboarding of salary positions Benefits and compensation analysis, including job pricing Performance and cycle management Talent development, succession plans Training in soft skills, policies and HR procedures Bilingual, Spanish - English (Must) Experience in manufacturing environmentDesirable experience in TRESS system Discretion and problem-solving to handle sensitive employee matters, team player #J-18808-Ljbffr
