Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a highly motivated, organized Business Development Manager and Inside Sales Representative who is comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Mexico. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospective customers, and driving revenue through proactive outreach. This role focuses on lead qualification and maintaining strong relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Requirements 1–3 years of experience with inside sales, SDR, BDR, or related customer-facing role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot). Expertise in building rapport quickly and handling objections effectively. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Goal-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team. At least an upper intermediate level of English. Nice To Have Familiarity with sales tools such as Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or Crunchbase. Responsibilities Proactively reach out to prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new sales opportunities. Qualify inbound and outbound leads and assess potential fit based on company criteria. Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs, challenges, and buying intentions. Manage and update leads, contacts, and activities in the CRM (HubSpot CRM). Collaborate with the Sales Team to hand off qualified opportunities. Work closely with Marketing on targeted outreach campaigns and follow-up strategies. Meet and exceed monthly KPIs, including activity metrics, qualified leads, and pipeline creation. Provide feedback to Sales and Marketing on lead quality, messaging, and campaign performance. Stay up to date on product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
