Customer Service Representative Primary Location: Irapuato, GUA, MX We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Market Area Sales and Service Mexico team for a temporary period. This role reports to the Manager, Customer Service. Responsibilities include evaluating customer inquiries, coordinating quotations, supporting outside sales, entering sales orders, and managing order backlog until completion. What you’ll do: Make an Impact: Provide exceptional service to end-users and sales managers by handling purchase orders, pricing requests, and technical queries with expertise and efficiency. Lead with Quality: Ensure that customer inquiries and proposals are processed quickly and accurately, and manage sales order entry and coordination to meet customer expectations. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales Managers, Account Managers, Purchasing, Engineering, and Production to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions for all customer needs. Problem Solver: Proactively address and resolve any customer concerns or challenges while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer care. Drive Success: Expedite proposals and coordinate activities with various departments to meet delivery requirements and customer timelines. Adaptable & Solutions-Focused: You remain calm under pressure and can actively engage in problem-solving while balancing multiple priorities.
