The Role The PMO Deployment & Enablement Lead supports the successful deployment of monday.com initiatives across the enterprise, leads and coordinates PMO projects, and partners with regional teams to design, implement, and continuously improve business processes and work management workspaces. This well‑rounded role blends strong project management, business analysis, organizational change management (OCM), and communication skills to bridge business and technology teams—driving process design, solution deployment, stakeholder engagement, training and user adoption for consistent execution across the organization. What You’ll Do (Impact Areas) Lead deployments: lead and support enterprise and regional monday.com deployment initiatives from planning through rollout and adoption, and manage PMO projects and transformation initiatives—ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget and business objectives. Design & improve processes: partner with regional and functional teams to design, implement, and continuously improve standardized business processes and monday.com workspaces, and analyze business processes and performance data to find opportunities for simplification, standardization, and continuous improvement. Translate requirements into solutions: gather and document business requirements, facilitate workshops, and translate stakeholder needs into scalable process and platform solutions, then support configuration, testing, validation and rollout of monday.com solutions, dashboards, automations and reporting capabilities. Drive change & adoption: create and execute organizational change management plans, including communication strategies, stakeholder engagement activities and adoption plans. Enable & train: develop training materials, user guides, presentations, and knowledge‑management content; deliver training sessions; and provide ongoing user support during regional rollouts. Partner & govern: build strong relationships with regional teams as a trusted partner throughout deployment and transformation initiatives, and support executive reporting, project governance and deployment status updates. Standardized, continuously improved business processes and workspaces that drive consistent execution. Stakeholder needs translated into scalable, validated platform solutions (dashboards, automations, reporting). High user adoption, supported by strong change management, training and ongoing support. What You Bring (Qualifications) Preferred 5+ years of project management experience leading cross‑functional business initiatives. Strong business analysis and process improvement skills. Experience with organizational change management, communications planning and stakeholder engagement. Experience gathering requirements and facilitating workshops with business stakeholders. Experience supporting enterprise software or digital platform deployments. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities. Highly Preferred Experience managing or supporting new product development and product launch projects. Experience with APQP, Stage Gate, Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) or similar launch methodologies. Exposure to automotive or manufacturing environments. Experience with monday.com or other enterprise work‑management platforms. Familiarity with ASPICE or product development governance processes.
