Primary Function: Manage inbound & outbound leads, build rapport with sellers, schedule appointments, and ensure smooth handoff to acquisitions team 2. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming calls from potential sellers Retrieve, input, and update lead data in CRM (Podio) Schedule appointments for qualified leads Conduct follow-ups for warm leads Perform quality assurance calls to check on past interactions Build strong rapport with sellers over the phone Ask the right questions, listen actively, and identify seller motivation & urgency Ensure a smooth handoff to the acquisitions team Edify the company & acquisition manager to instill trust Market Awareness & Adaptability: Understand real estate market trends in St. Louis & Southern Illinois Quickly adapt to new tools & systems (e.g., Podio CRM) Use common sense in interactions (e.g., avoid over-questioning sellers with limited property info) 3. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong English communication skills (Clear, professional, minimal to no accent preferred) Sales-oriented mindset (Not hard sales, but must be persuasive & strategic) Ability to build relationships over the phone (Warm, engaging, and professional) Problem-solving ability (Understanding seller situations and adjusting conversations accordingly) Familiarity with CRM systems (Preferably Podio) Previous real estate experience preferred but not required Spanish proficiency is a plus (due to Spanish-speaking sellers in the market) 4. Work Schedule & Location Work Hours: Tuesday Friday: 12 PM 8 PM (CST) Saturday: 9 AM 5 PM (CST) Days Off: Sunday & Monday Preferred Candidate Location: Open to remote candidates Strong preference for Latin American talent due to experience with bilingual candidates 5.
