We are seeking an Accounting Supervisor with strategic vision, analytical thinking, and leadership skills, responsible for ensuring the proper operation of the company’s accounting, financial, and tax processes, providing reliable and timely information for decision-making. Responsibilities Plan, organize, and control the company’s accounting processes. Record and oversee all company financial transactions, ensuring proper classification and documentation. Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Prepare and submit globally required financial reports (Liquidity Reporting, IC Reconciliation, among others). Oversee bank reconciliations and control of bank accounts. Ensure compliance with tax and fiscal obligations (VAT, income tax, and other applicable requirements). Prepare and submit tax returns to the corresponding authorities. Coordinate internal audits to ensure regulatory compliance and identify potential deviations or risks. Participate in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts. Provide financial guidance to management and strategic departments. Ensure compliance with national and international accounting standards (IFRS and GAAP). Coordinate relationships with external auditors and provide the required documentation during audits. Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting areas. Minimum of 2 years using MS Office, accounting software, and databases. Experience in multinational environments or the automotive industry is preferred. Technical Knowledge Advanced English proficiency. (must) Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS and GAAP). Up-to-date knowledge of tax and fiscal regulations. Financial planning, financial statement analysis, and budgeting. Advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of internal auditing and financial controls. #J-18808-Ljbffr
