DSP Connect is expanding its Managing Partner network and opening a limited number of equity-based Managing Partner positions. This role is for experienced business developers, agency operators, relationship builders, and entrepreneurial professionals who want direct ownership participation in the growth of the business they help build. Managing Partners participate in both ongoing cash flow and long-term enterprise value. Managing Partners receive: Equity participation Recurring partner draws tied to managed business Long-term upside through a structured vesting schedule This is not a salaried position. It is an equity-based Managing Partner role inside a scalable advertising infrastructure platform. WHAT YOU'LL BUILD Managing Partners are responsible for originating, developing, and expanding business within assigned regions, verticals, or strategic categories. Focus areas may include: Agency partnerships Enterprise accounts Regional expansion Strategic partnerships Industry-specific verticals You operate independently, own relationships, and help scale the Managing Partner network and the overall platform. PLATFORM & INFRASTRUCTURE Managing Partners operate on top of an established advertising infrastructure that includes: Connected TV (CTV) Streaming audio and digital radio Display advertising Native advertising Retargeting Audience and data targeting capabilities Operational support infrastructure The objective: enable Managing Partners to focus on growth, relationships, and expansion while centralized infrastructure handles operations and fulfillment. EQUITY & COMPENSATION This is an equity-based partnership structure. Managing Partners receive: Recurring draws tied to managed advertising spend Equity participation within the operating structure Long-term ownership upside through a vesting schedule tied to performance and contribution The structure is built for long-term builders, not short-term producers. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Ideal candidates are: Highly self-directed Relationship-driven Comfortable operating with autonomy and accountability Backgrounds in advertising, agency development, media sales, enterprise business development, SaaS partnerships, or strategic growth are valuable. Existing agency, enterprise, or brand relationships are a significant advantage.
