Job Summary As a Sourcing Specialist, your responsibilities are to maintain updated prices and parameters in Oracle/system as required. Your contributions will directly impact unit price cost, kanban flow, PO flow, production efficiency, supplier strategies indicated by Sourcing Corporate, and maintain a healthy supplier relationship. Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions) Capture new Blanket PO Agreement and validate prices as required. BPO maintenance: mass upload/update of BPOs; monitor expiration dates and update as needed. Analyze and follow up corrective actions of PPV alerts with sourcing buyers, material buyers and category leaders. Parameters maintenance: mass upload/update of sourcing/items parameters. Supplier maintenance: update banking information, contact changes, address changes, payment terms, etc. Update and create reports for data analytics or action for Sourcing Buyers or Managers. Skills And Minimum Experience Required Bachelor’s Degree. Advanced English skills. 2 years of indirect material purchase—procurement experience. Kanban. MRP Knowledge. Supply chain (logistics / import / export) knowledge. Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. Strict attention to detail, system data maintenance and accuracy. Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with team members, and vendors. Negotiation skills. Ability to work under minimal supervision, sense of ownership. Travel Requirements 0–25% Compensation & Benefits The range for this position is $312,200.00 to $562,000.00. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant’s experience and geographic location.
