Senior Financial Planning Analyst – PHINIA The Senior Financial Planning Analyst is responsible for leading financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis activities. The role partners closely with cross‑functional teams to provide actionable insights, ensure financial accuracy, and support strategic decision‑making to drive business performance. Lead the preparation and execution of annual budgets, forecasts, and long‑term financial plans. Perform detailed financial analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to support business decisions. Analyze and explain variances between actual results, budget, forecast, and prior year, providing actionable recommendations. Collaborate closely with Sales and Production Control to ensure revenue, liabilities, and price adjustments are accurately recorded in financial statements. Prepare and analyse weekly volume and sales forecasts, presenting results to leadership and sales teams. Develop and present monthly sales analysis reports, including volume, costing, pricing, and revenue comparisons (Actual vs. Budget, Forecast, Prior Year, and Prior Forecast). Support financial management of key areas including Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Working Capital. Lead the monthly forecast. Financial Analyst – Bosch Provide analytical support to controlling group, plant, and corporate management for functions related to budget controlling of key administration departments and other plant cross‑functional controlling activities. Responsible for all activities related to budget controlling for indirect department(s). Business Partner role for specific indirect department. Review budgets monthly with department leader and provide recommendations for areas of improvement for cost reductions. Drive coordination of budget and quarterly forecasts. Cost variance analysis: able to explain actual deviations to budget and forecast. Participation in Business Plan, Current Forecast, Month End Closing and associated reporting activities. Qualifications Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Advanced English required. Able to think analytically and work well with numbers. Minimum 2 years experience in a similar field. SAP knowledge. Strong communication skills. Financial Analyst – Flex Assist in the timely preparation and review of consolidated financial statements. Input journal entries. Aggregate and prepare actual and forecast financial data. Compare the current forecast against the prior forecast. Develop detailed commentary to changes in forecasts and to deviations from targeted financial metrics. Assist in quarterly reviews and year‑end audit activities. Advise reporting entities on corporate accounting policies, U.S. GAAP and balance sheet reconciliations. Liaise between corporate tax, treasury and other financial departments and regional and local finance managers in developing internal working partnerships. Generate financial reports for review by business team. Conduct cost investigation as required. Make recommendations to management regarding cost‑saving or profit‑generating opportunities and profitability improvement strategies. Qualifications Bachelor’s, Master’s, or MBA degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field. 5–6 years of related experience. Professional certification preferred (CPA, CFP, CMA, CA, CGA, or APICS). Business Pursuit Financial Analyst – Aptiv Lead team member on business pursuit/quotations in developing business cases. Lead team member on securing project funding approval. Lead development of business cases, cash flows, and financials for customer quotes, Appropriation Requests (ARs), and program management gate review updates. Quote cash flows will develop pricing to meet Aptiv DOA hurdle rates and compare current part number profitability to quote financial profitability as required. Gate review cash flows and financials will be used to measure current financial status of the program compared to the AR and assist program management in understanding detailed drivers for the differences. Gather the necessary financial inputs from estimating systems/SAP, engineering, commercial, etc., and develop the current financial status of the project for the requisite gate review update. Special projects or budget/business plan/forecast support as required. Must Haves (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or Engineering with a financial background. 5+ years of experience in a similar position. Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Project, Excel, Outlook, Skype, Teams, Visio). SAP or similar ERP knowledge and skills. Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization. Strong results‑orientation and execution characteristics. Strong leadership skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong ability to work with a team. Business plan unit costing and standard calculation. Preparation and presentation of quarterly forecasted and actual P&L results with regional and global business units. Quotations and project calculation for existing and new business opportunities. Benchmark preparation and active role to support financial competitiveness of Robert Bosch Plant. Lead type preparation and analysis. Involvement and understanding of the manufacturing concept and operation related to the product to support financial steering. Active participation on the product and value stream KPIs to support target achievement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Engineering. Bilingual (Spanish and advanced English). At least 3 years of experience in product cost controlling in the manufacturing industry. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
