Accounts Payable Specialist – Irapuato, GTO The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and posting supplier invoices, identifying and resolving issues that prevent proper posting, and ensuring compliance with internal accounting procedures. Responsibilities include: Record and post invoices in the company’s accounting system. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and tax procedures. Reconcile accounts payable transactions and vendor statements. Support finance team during month‑end closing and reporting activities. Ensure proper documentation for all AP transactions, including tax compliance. Apply VAT and manage Income Tax Withholdings. Qualifications: English language proficiency. 1–3+ years of accounts payable, general accounting experience, or basic understanding of accounting principles.
