About The Opportunity We are looking for a Tech Lead to architect and evolve a cloud platform operating at global enterprise scale, across AWS and Azure environments. You will own technical direction for AI/ML infrastructure in production — including LLM pipelines, RAG systems, and agentic AI workflows — while guiding engineering pods and navigating a governance-heavy environment. Responsibilities Define and enforce cloud architecture standards across AWS and Azure, ensuring cross-platform consistency and scalability Lead the design and evolution of AI/ML platform infrastructure — model serving, vector databases, embeddings, and agentic workflows in production Build and maintain IaC automation using Terraform and/or CloudFormation, including Landing Zones and multi-account provisioning Guide and mentor engineers across cloud and AI domains, making architectural tradeoffs visible and actionable Translate ambiguous business problems into technical solutions, driving execution from design to delivery Ensure platform decisions align with enterprise governance requirements (SOX, security reviews, change management, audit controls) Design and evolve API and microservices architecture — REST, GraphQL, MCP servers, event-driven patterns — at enterprise scale Communicate architecture decisions and technical tradeoffs clearly to business stakeholders across a global organization Required Qualifications Deep hands-on expertise in AWS architecture: VPCs, multi-account strategies, IAM, networking, security, serverless, and containers Proven experience leading technical teams as a tech lead or lead architect — with continued hands-on involvement in architecture and code Production‑grade AI/ML experience: deployed models, built RAG pipelines, or shipped agentic AI workflows Track record of building cloud platforms or products from scratch Experience operating within enterprise governance environments (SOX, audit controls, security reviews, change management) Proficiency in IaC with Terraform and/or CloudFormation Working knowledge of Azure architecture to guide cross‑platform decisions and ensure consistency Experience with MCP server design and agentic AI tooling infrastructure Background in multi‑cloud governance and platform engineering at enterprise scale AWS Machine Learning Specialty certification Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ‑305) certification English fluency for clear communication with clients and cross‑functional teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
