Job Overview The Plant Controller is a key member of the plant leadership team and a strategic business partner to the Plant Manager and operations leaders. This role drives financial performance, supports decision-making, and ensures the plant meets its operational and financial targets. Unlike traditional roles, this position is highly focused on business partnering, as transactional accounting activities are handled by a Financial Solutions Center. Key Responsibilities Partner with Plant Manager and leadership team to drive business performance Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes Analyze plant performance (costing, variances, margins) and provide actionable insights Support investment decisions and capital projects (CAPEX, automation, etc.) Drive cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives Manage standard costing and support inventory control Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policies What Your Background Should Look Like Profile Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Proven experience as a Plant Controller in a manufacturing environment (must-have) Strong background in cost accounting, standard costing, and financial analysis Experience partnering with operations and influencing decision‑making SAP and advanced Excel skills preferred MBA or professional certification (CPA/ACCA/CIMA) is a plus Advanced English Competencies SET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers) #J-18808-Ljbffr
