The Sales Representative - B2B Outbound position at Alegro Industries is a full-time, on-site role located in Guadalajara, Mexico. What you'll do Make high-volume outbound calls to prospect, qualify, and close B2B leads Own the full sales cycle cold call to signed contract Build a client portfolio through disciplined, structured follow-up Hit and exceed monthly KPIs Keep CRM records accurate after every interaction What we need 3+ years in B2B telephone sales — outbound and cold calling, no exceptions Industrial or MRO sector experience is a strong plus English C1 — used daily with clients and in writing University degree (completed or in progress) Sharp persuasion and objection-handling skills; comfortable with rejection Salary: Competitive, based on your experience and English proficiency.
