Overview The Warner Bros. Discovery Procurement Global Senior Analyst supports quality assurance and compliance activities to increase accuracy in the source-to-contract process. This role works with the procurement team, internal stakeholders, and suppliers to drive efficiency in the source-to-pay process. The position reports to the Director for Procurement Global Process Owner. Your Role Responsibilities Guide the business through the end-to-end source-to-contract process to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Collaborate with key departments and business units to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation. Maintain source-to-contract process documentation and ensure it is up to date, with support from the manager. Independently address moderately complex requests and tasks with stakeholders. Lead small projects and initiatives by coordinating and tracking task completion. Support work prioritization and long-term planning activities. Contribute to internal process improvement identification and solution planning. Document recommendations with alternatives considered for key decisions. Support and lead training to Procurement, Business, and cross-functional teams on new or current source-to-contract processes. Ensure all procurement activities comply with legal standards, regulations, and internal policies, including identifying and mitigating supplier risks. Support the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) process and tool. Support the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process. Collaborate with Global Business Services to communicate process changes, providing timely updates and clear guidance. Support the adoption and compliance of new P2P procedures and address questions as they arise. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree. 3–5 years, preferably in procurement, contract management, or supply chain. At least 1–2 years of experience conducting training and comfortable speaking to small to large audiences. Experience using systems and solutions to manage the source-to-contract process (e.g., Workday Strategic Sourcing, Ariba, SAP, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, Contract Lifecycle Management solutions). Experience with managing contract data and contractual documents. Knowledgeable of procurement lifecycle and procure-to-pay tools. Strong analytical and system/process skills.
