Position Marketing Intelligence Analyst What You Will Do Utilizing data analytics and visualization tools to provide statistical insight for the business – these tools include but are not limited to Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Azure Databricks, SQL, and Power BI Owning key business datasets and providing recommendations for action Identifying tracking gaps and partnering with developers and business teams to resolve them Discovering opportunities to enhance data collection and instrumentation Integrating external data sources to enrich digital analytics Delivering recurring reports and supporting ad hoc analysis needs. Be able to turn around projects in a tight timeline. Leading end-to-end analytical projects with long-term impact Staying current with emerging digital analytics tools and methodologies, and advocating for continuous improvement What We’re Looking For (Requirement) Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of analytics experience. Strong proficiency in web analytics, such Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Background in A/B testing, marketing analytics, or customer behavior analysis Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and drive recommendations Demonstrated experience working cross functionally with business and technical teams Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accountability Nice To Have (Preferred But Not Required) Strong proficiency in SQL, Azure Databricks, and Power BI Working knowledge of B2B lead management, Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms (Marketo or Eloqua) Experience in large global companies About The Team Global Components Digital Analytics empowers business decisions by connecting fragmented data to reveal the customer journey across digital and business platforms, delivering actionable insights that deepen understanding and optimize engagement, acquisition, and growth.
