Key Responsibilities: Client Intake & Follow-Up Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails from prospective and current clients Conduct initial intake conversations with empathy and professionalism Schedule consultations and follow up with prospects who have not yet booked Provide clear explanations of next steps and required documents Administrative & Case Support Enter and update client information in internal systems Prepare contracts and process payments Track follow-ups and ensure no client is left without a response Assist with document collection and basic file organization Support internal teams with administrative tasks as needed Client Care & Communication Serve as a calm, reassuring point of contact for clients Handle sensitive situations with patience and discretion Maintain detailed notes and communicate accurately across departments Required Experience & Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience in one or more of the following: Receptionist or front desk Administrative or executive support Customer service or client care Office management or support services Proven history of long-term employment (longevity matters to us) Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable using computers, email, and basic software systems Reliable internet connection and quiet remote workspace Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable This role is for you only if: You are a dependable professional with 10+ years of experience in reception, administrative support, customer care, or service-based roles.
