It plays a leading role in the demand process, inventory policy, improvement of commercial routines, and in the development and tracking of joint up business plans. Make an Impact S&OP Leadership: Improve forecast accuracy and align demand planning with financial goals through strategic collaboration and budget allocation. Data Management: Build and maintain a centralized database as a single source of truth, enhancing commercial intelligence through innovative data extraction. Performance Management: Lead performance routines in Mexico, supporting decision-making and cross-functional collaboration to improve results. Continuous Improvement: Drive efficiency by implementing new tools, processes, and best practices in commercial intelligence. Market Intelligence: Conduct advanced analysis using tools (ISCAM, IWSR, Power BI, AI) and track competitors to identify opportunities and risks.
