Job Description The CEMEX University (CXU) Analysts supports CXU in the design, development, and implementation of learning experiences in alignment with global business needs that help build strategic capabilities across the organization. Main Responsibilities Learning & Development Support SME and Global Business Leaders to ensure alignment of learning experience with the desired business capability. Actively participate in the Design, development, and deployment of new Learning Experiences. Provides advice in the design of new Learning Experiences fully leveraging our platforms, partners, and emerging technologies. Support in articulating the target learning personas and learning objectives. Embed tangible success metrics. Gather advice from thought partners, design firms, and other partners. Coordinate the deployment of Learning Programs through our HR network, to reach each region’s target audience per program, and accomplish success metrics. Operate the CXU Dashboard and update weekly data. Teamwork Innovation & Facilitation Participate in the design & facilitation of collaborative sessions to ideate, co-create, co-design, and test potential solutions for workshops, seminars, and learning experiences both in-person and online. Collaborate with external thought partners & consulting firms. Learning Tech Become an expert user of all CXU learning technology. Ensure that all our learning assets make an optimal use of our existing learning technology. Position Challenges Ability to collaborate in multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Quick to learn new things. Self-driven, able to work and manage teams through influence. Coordinate the execution of multiple projects simultaneously. Qualifications Excellent spoken and written English and Spanish skills (interviews will be held in English). High multicultural communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Internet / Tech Savvy, able to find creative resources to address common problems. Proficient or expert use of Microsoft Office 365. Excellent facilitation and presentation skills. Creative mindset. BA in Design, Communication, International Relations, Psychology, Education or Marketing preferred. Desired previous experience in: UI/UX, Product Design, Internal Communication, Organizational Development, Corporate Learning, Instructional Design, Innovation, Design Thinking, AGILE.
