Senior Marketing Manager - Gaming & Casino Industry Location: 100% On-site - Polanco, Mexico City Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across online and offline channels Lead promotional planning, execution, and performance analysis Oversee internal communications and alignment with corporate objectives Supervise the creative and executional marketing team Manage budgets, ROI analysis, and reporting per campaign and region Create and supervise social media strategies and content calendars Coordinate with Sales and Analytics teams to align marketing plans with business goals Identify and manage vendor relationships for promotional and creative needs Organize corporate events, expos, and internal marketing projects Conduct market research and competitive analysis Prepare and execute annual marketing plans and KPI tracking Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as a marketing manager, preferably in the gaming or casino industry (mandatory) Advanced English – written and spoken (mandatory) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Proficiency in planning, executing, and measuring marketing performance Creative and detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability Problem‑solving, analytical mindset, and ability to manage cross‑functional collaboration Conflict resolution experience with internal and external stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration Experience leading marketing departments or regional initiatives within entertainment or gaming sectors Work Environment This is a fully on‑site position based in Polanco, Mexico City, with regular office hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Benefits Estacionamiento de la empresa Confiable de gastos #J-18808-Ljbffr
