ML Infrastructure Engineer at BairesDev What You\'ll Do Design and architect enterprise-scale GPU clusters to support intensive AI workloads and distributed training. Implement and optimize distributed training frameworks to significantly reduce model development and iteration cycles. Build and maintain high-performance model serving infrastructure to ensure low-latency and scalable inference in production environments. Manage large-scale orchestration of ML workloads to maximize hardware utilization and system reliability. Collaborate with data science teams to define infrastructure standards and resource requirements for complex deep learning models. What We Are Looking For 8+ years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering, DevOps, or ML Infrastructure. Proven expertise in designing and managing large-scale GPU clusters for AI workloads. Hands-on experience with distributed training frameworks and model serving at scale. Strong background in building and automating infrastructure for machine learning pipelines. Deep understanding of container orchestration and high-performance computing networking. Advanced proficiency in English.
