We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and elevate the performance of our sales teams in Cancun. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing team performance, and implementing best-in-class sales strategies within the travel and cruise industry. The ideal candidate is a high-energy leader with a proven track record in sales management and deep experience in the travel sector. You will coach, develop, and inspire sales teams to exceed targets while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Directly manage and develop two sales teams. Drive consistent revenue growth and achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for both teams. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including close rates, revenue per call, call quality, conversion rates, and callback discipline. Conduct daily or weekly coaching sessions, live call listening, side‑by‑side, and performance calibrations. Implement and enforce sales processes, scripts, and best practices, with a focus on first‑call closing and effective follow‑ups. Identify performance gaps and execute targeted training programs to improve team results. Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales on strategy, forecasting, and process improvements. Maintain strong team morale while holding individuals accountable for results. Analyze sales data and reports to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Work cross‑functionally with operations, marketing, and leadership to maximize revenue opportunities. Interview and hire sales candidates, ensuring the selection of high‑performing talent aligned with company goals, culture and performance expectations. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience preferred. Minimum 3–5 years of sales management experience in a high‑volume sales environment (travel, cruise, hospitality, or timeshare preferred). Strong travel industry background is highly desired. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and improving team performance. Demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales agents to higher levels of performance. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Experience with inbound and outbound sales processes is a plus. Must be fully bilingual in Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages. Must be based in Cancun or willing to relocate. Must successfully complete and clear the company’s comprehensive background process as a condition of employment.
