Responsibilities Network Development Director (NWD) is a pivotal in‑country role responsible for delivering the network growth of Regus locations, communicating market growth, and selling the Regus proposition within the assigned area. Develop new locations: identify, analyse and negotiate agreements to open sites in line with strategic and financial growth objectives. Network planning: contribute to the business plan to achieve Regus growth targets in the country; benchmark existing Business Centre performance and competitor performance. Marketing planning: select the best fit brand/products for the local demographic, optimize the use of brokers/agents, and explore portfolio or franchising opportunities. Site selection and evaluation: conduct site surveys and supervise technical surveys; lead and manage lease negotiation, including commercial and legal documentation. General asset/property management: maintain a log, resolve portfolio issues, handle contract extensions, renewals, and re‑negotiations. Business performance analysis: plan and analyze return on property spend for new centres and maintain a strong in‑market network and contacts. Qualifications Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritize, multi‑task, delegate, and work independently. Relevant geographical experience and a robust in‑market network. Preference for experience in property, finance, retail network development, or franchising industries. Proven success in self‑lead generation and business development. Relationship building and influencing skills; ability to persuade and positively influence customers, staff, and senior management.
