Your Tasks Manage and execute sourcing activities for assigned categories, ensuring cost, quality, and delivery targets are met Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and contracting processes in alignment with company strategies Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to support business continuity and performance improvement Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost optimization and risk mitigation Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and operations teams to support project requirements Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with procurement policies, standards, and sustainability targets Your Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field Background in purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain - electronic components Strong negotiation and supplier management skills Solid analytical mindset with experience in cost breakdowns and market analysis Good communication and stakeholder management abilities in an international environment Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office tools Fluent English (written and spoken) Equal Employment Opportunity FORVIA HELLA stands for the variety of all employees.
