What the day will look like Aon's Innovation and Integrated Solutions (IIS) team is comprised of six areas: Pharmacy, Audit, Clinical/Wellbeing, Compliance & Policy Consulting, Time Away & Life Solutions and Innovation. While this role will primarily support our Health Transformation Team (Clinical / Wellbeing), there is an opportunity to support additional IIS areas. Provide project coordination and day‑to‑day support for client projects, ensuring timelines, priorities, and results are well organized and progressing as planned. Assist in crafting client presentations and materials, translating qualitative and quantitative information into clear, well‑structured slides and documents that are accurate and easy to understand. Support Request For Proposal (RFP) efforts by capturing inputs, organizing content, and assisting with analysis of responses. Work in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment that requires learning new topics frequently, staying organized, and managing multiple tasks with attention to detail. Collaborate with general teammates in the U.S., India, Mexico City, and Gurgaon, following established processes, communicating progress clearly, and incorporating feedback from more experienced colleagues. Demonstrate a proactive, eager‑to‑learn orientation, taking initiative to ask questions, build new skills, and continuously improve while working under close guidance and mentorship. Required Experience English proficiency (B2 or higher level) in both verbal and written communication. Exceptional analytical, research, and financial competence. Proven skills in organizing projects and managing schedules with keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, email, and internet tools). Proven experience within business, benefits, insurance, or a related field. Familiarity with employer‑sponsored clinical, health, and connection benefits.
