Required Skills/Competencies Current Architecture student (7th semester or higher). Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, with the ability to interpret global brand manuals and technical datasheets. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, including layouts, architectural drawings, and detailed construction documents. Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Valid RFC (Mexican Tax Identification Number) — Mandatory. Basic knowledge of local construction regulations and civil construction safety standards. Knowledge of high‑durability material specifications, such as Alucobond, wood panels, and technical cladding systems. Responsibilities Analyze current office space utilization to develop redistribution plans that enhance operational efficiency and optimize building usage. Ensure proper review and compliance with corporate brand standards (Rebranding) across interior spaces and common areas within the MTC. Provide support to ensure contractors utilize materials that meet specified quality standards and comply with approved architectural details. Maintain and update architectural drawings (layouts) for office spaces, service areas, and exterior areas of the building. Versigent is an equal employment opportunity employer.
