Kronia® is looking for a Cloud Engineer with proven experience supporting enterprise cloud and hybrid infrastructures. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on expertise in AWS, infrastructure as code (IaC), DevOps, and cloud‑native observability practices. This role is central to building and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable cloud environments to support business‑critical operations. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams using Agile methodologies to deliver robust cloud solutions. Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage hybrid and cloud network connectivity solutions across AWS and on‑prem environments. Oversee AWS account lifecycle, including account creation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance. Build and maintain reusable cloud machine images to support standardized, scalable deployments. Implement and maintain observability solutions (e.g., CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana) to monitor performance and ensure system reliability. Collaborate with DevOps, security, and product teams in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban) to align infrastructure with development needs. Use Terraform, Terragrunt, and CloudFormation to provision and automate infrastructure deployments. Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab to support automated workflows and frequent releases. Develop cloud‑native components and utilities using Python and Node.js to enhance system automation and integration. Optimize and support core AWS services such as VPC, Direct Connect, Route53, CloudWAN, PrivateLink, Lambda, and Step Functions. Conduct unit testing and implement best practices for code quality and infrastructure reliability. Skills & Qualifications Cloud Platforms: Deep experience with AWS (VPC, Direct Connect, Route53, CloudWAN, PrivateLink, Lambda, Step Functions, etc.) Programming: Proficiency in Python and Node.js for scripting and cloud service development Infrastructure as Code: Hands‑on experience with Terraform, Terragrunt, and CloudFormation DevOps & CI/CD: Building and maintaining pipelines with GitLab CI/CD Testing & Reliability: Strong understanding of unit testing frameworks and automated testing practices Collaboration: Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum or Kanban) and strong communication across technical and business stakeholders Soft Skills: Detail‑oriented, collaborative, strong problem‑solving mindset Fluent in English with good communication skills Nice to have AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or SysOps Administrator) Experience in hybrid cloud environments and multi‑account AWS architectures Familiarity with observability tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Grafana #J-18808-Ljbffr
