Human Resources Analyst – Assistant Manager In this role, will be focus to in reports, metrics, HR systems, exits execution, CAPs, Handbook application besides other HR activities. Responsibilities Front line HR support for employees - follow up all the labour queries from employees or FLM-OPS and provide the properly advise for each case as per Genpact´s guidelines & Labor law Application of the handbook as per law guidelines (Disciplinary actions as per internal handbook and labour law (CAPS, administrative letters, etc) Application of the best practices of the company Manage the FLM relationship to maintain a high level of communication regarding employee requirements-issues Manage the employee relationships to maintain a motivated workforce. Process and attend voluntary & involuntary exits – as per the company requests for severances (execute involuntary exits into the labour local authority) Implement corporate designed human resources processes in order to build and maintain a strong organizational culture, including the report process as (time and attendance, attrition dashboards, Amber, etc) Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Organized personality with attention to details, able to work simultaneously on different projects. Ability to handle client on one-on-one basis, via e-mails and calls and provide the best service Strategic and conceptual thinking: conceptualizing the future environment and providing others with a clear image of what needs to be done to ensure long term success. Change management leads and manages changes with a positive attitude Anticipate by planning and time management: taking initiative and action with a clear business purpose in mind before others or the situation require it. Problem solving and innovation: introduce new or modified work processes to accomplish the most with the least overall expenditure of time and resources. Decision making taking calculated risk in complex, ambiguous or risky situations to force an issue or set a direction. Implementation: setting stretched work standards and timely attain measurable outcomes.
