About this role Agent onboarding Analyst will serve as a liaison between corporate office and field sales representatives to implement our prospective agent applications. In addition, the ideal candidate will have strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills while upholding accuracy in all processed information while adhering to deadlines. Responsibilities Review and analyze the accuracy information of new applications submitted by sales force Process and upload new applications in the system Process change of owner’s applications Update phone, fax and e-mail address of existing agents Update bank accounts Coordinate the bank account request for new agents to Finance Operations Coordinate the equipment shipping for new agents to Web support Notify sales via e‑mail about their activations Support sales with their applications and questions in a professional manner Identify opportunities to speed the review process Provide weekly/monthly and quarterly reports of applications processed Qualifications High school graduate and/or some college preferred Excellent English and Spanish language skills Critical thinking using logic and reasoning to identify incorrect information and provide alternative solutions to move the application to the activation queue Uses different techniques to identify possible solutions and plans next steps Analytical thinking to analyze information and use logic to address work-related issues and problems Aligns individual work activities to the group ensuring applications are not left behind as per AOB policy Cooperation with others on the job and displaying a good‑hearted, cooperative attitude Communicates clearly to convince Guides daily work in all AOB queues for the short/mid term Attention to detail, learning skills and decision making Gives full attention to what other people are reviewing and transferring to QA/Agent Setup Job requires openness to change and considerable variety in the workplace Adaptability and flexibility to work extended hours or weekends Great aptitude for coaching, motivating, and interacting with work teams Ability to operate in a team environment Can communicate via e‑mail Knowledge of Excel & Word Perks and benefits Life insurance Partial medical insurance Tuition assistance Employee Stock Purchase Plan Growth opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
