Overview We are looking for an experienced HV Harness Engineer (DRE) to lead the design, development, and release of low- and high-voltage wiring harness systems for automotive applications. This role requires strong technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and disciplined change management throughout the product development lifecycle. Responsibilities Design and release low-voltage and high-voltage wiring harness systems. Lead DFMEA and DVP&R development, execution, and follow-up. Manage engineering changes, vehicle specifications, and bill of material (BOM) analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design robustness, quality, and compliance. Support product development activities from concept through launch. Effectively communicate technical information to internal and external stakeholders. Proactively manage conflicts and drive resolution within engineering teams. Basic Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field . 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry and product development. Hands-on experience with wiring design and release (low voltage and high voltage). Proven experience developing and executing DFMEA and DVP&R . Strong background in change management , vehicle specifications, and BOM analysis . Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Demonstrated conflict management and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications DFSS Green Belt or Black Belt certification . Reactive Green Belt certification or Shainin Journeyman certification. #J-18808-Ljbffr
